Requirements

Candidates should possess functional expertise in technology governance frameworks such as ITIL, along with experience leading and managing a team of software engineers. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external auditors, are also required, as well as the ability to develop and maintain policies and processes to support TCGplayer’s technology teams.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Change and Release Engineering will lead the Release Engineering team, facilitate Change Enablement meetings to ensure effective communication and timing of major changes, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, recruit, train, and manage a team of software engineers focused on build and deployment automation, process automation, and tooling integrations, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing iterative improvements. They will also stay abreast of industry trends and evolving governance frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation.
