Requirements

  • Functional expertise in technology governance frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders (IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external auditors).
  • Ability to develop and maintain policies and processes to support TCGplayer’s technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Release Engineering team.
  • Lead Change Enablement meetings to facilitate communication and timing of major changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of software engineers focused on build and deployment automation, process automation, and tooling integrations.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing iterative improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving governance frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation.
