They must also be able to work in the US or Canada without a visa and demonstrate excellent written communication skills.

Candidates should be autonomous, security-minded, and business-savvy with a strong understanding of software development principles. Experience with Go and Rust is preferred, as is familiarity with TypeScript and React.
