Responsibilities

Build next generation IT workflow automation tooling using Temporal and Go running on Kubernetes
Collaborate with the engineering team on dogfooding Teleport, specifically Teleport Identity (identity governance) and Teleport Policy (access policies)
Build hardened security & automation for macOS endpoints
Write IT automation using tools like Terraform, shell scripts, and Go
Write integrations with tools like Panther, Jamf Pro, Okta, Rippling, Google Chrome Enterprise
Perform traditional IT Helpdesk tasks: Helping internal customers with access, lockout, integrations, and configuration
