Responsibilities

  • Build next generation IT workflow automation tooling using Temporal and Go running on Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on dogfooding Teleport, specifically Teleport Identity (identity governance) and Teleport Policy (access policies)
  • Build hardened security & automation for macOS endpoints
  • Write IT automation using tools like Terraform, shell scripts, and Go
  • Write integrations with tools like Panther, Jamf Pro, Okta, Rippling, Google Chrome Enterprise
  • Handle traditional IT Helpdesk tasks, including helping internal customers with access, lockout, integrations, and configuration
  • Participate in thorough code reviews and open design processes
