Candidates must be Board Certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting, and possess prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavior health which is a plus. They must also be able to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license.

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and research. They must have a successful track record of shipping production-grade AI systems, ideally in healthcare or mental health, and deep technical fluency in LLMs, retrieval systems, and safe interaction design.
