Requirements

Active and unrestricted state license to practice independently as a licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC) in California (willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure as requested, paid for by Talkiatry)
Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions
Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline
Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care

Responsibilities

Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
Collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities
Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff
Utilize custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes
Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes
Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care
