  • Experienced licensed Therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs)
  • At least two active and independent state licenses to practice in the state(s) where they intend to work (Delaware required; willingness to obtain additional licenses, paid for by Talkiatry)
  • Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and others
  • Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through seeking feedback, professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
  • Collaborate with a team of Providers (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners) to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
  • Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff
  • Utilize custom technology, including integrated EMR, for patient messaging, tracking progress, and gaining insights into outcomes
