At least two active and independent state licenses to practice in the state(s) where they intend to work (Delaware required; willingness to obtain additional licenses, paid for by Talkiatry)
Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and others
Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes

Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
Collaborate with a team of Providers (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners) to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff
Utilize custom technology, including integrated EMR, for patient messaging, tracking progress, and gaining insights into outcomes
