Requirements

Active and unrestricted state license to practice independently as a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC) in Wisconsin (willingness to obtain additional state licensure if requested, paid by Talkiatry)
Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions
Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care and practicing to the highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
Collaborate with a team of Providers (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners) to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff
Utilize custom technology, including an integrated EMR, for patient messaging, tracking progress, and gaining insights into outcomes
Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes
Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices
