Requirements

Active and unrestricted state license to practice independently in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC, or equivalent); willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure as requested (paid for by Talkiatry)
Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions
Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care and practicing to the highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
Collaborate with a team of providers (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners) to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
Work independently and collaborate with behavioral health providers and support staff
Utilize custom technology, including integrated EMR, for patient messaging, tracking progress, and gaining insights into outcomes
Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes
Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices
