Requirements

  • Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC) able to practice independently in Virginia (active and unrestricted state license; willingness to obtain additional state licensure if requested)
  • Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and others
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment
  • Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective health care
  • Organized self-starter able to work independently and with a team
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
  • No need for clinical supervision (e.g., not for LMSWs or those needing supervised experience toward independent licensure)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and team to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients
  • Use custom technology, including integrated EMR, for patient messaging, telemedicine, tracking, and gaining insights into patient outcomes
  • Work alongside behavioral health providers and support staff
