Requirements

Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC) able to practice independently in Virginia (active and unrestricted state license; willingness to obtain additional state licensure if requested)
Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and others
Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
Proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment
Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective health care
Organized self-starter able to work independently and with a team
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
No need for clinical supervision (e.g., not for LMSWs or those needing supervised experience toward independent licensure)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and team to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
Provide high-quality care to patients
Use custom technology, including integrated EMR, for patient messaging, telemedicine, tracking, and gaining insights into patient outcomes
Work alongside behavioral health providers and support staff
