Requirements

Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC) with at least two active and independent state licenses in the state(s) where they intend to work
Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions
Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes
Commitment to continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices
Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline
Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools

Responsibilities

Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
Collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities
Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff
Utilize custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes
