Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in software development, demonstrating expertise in modern programming languages, and a passion for AI with experience architecting and delivering impactful AI-driven features. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a track record of driving innovation in fast-paced, iterative development environments, are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of frontline training experience, ideally coaching sales or BDC teams in automotive retail, or other high-velocity sales environments. A commanding presence, consultative and data-driven approach, relentless ownership, and road-warrior stamina are essential. Familiarity with dealership DMS/CRM systems, BDC processes, and seasonal sales rhythms is a plus.
