Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, demonstrating a strong portfolio of user-centered designs. Experience designing for SaaS products and a deep understanding of design principles, user research methodologies, and prototyping tools are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer at Podium, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build and ship creative solutions and experiences for Podium’s customers. You will be responsible for defining and executing Podium scheduling experiences, conceiving innovative features and ideas, and contributing to high-level strategic decisions. Additionally, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration with various teams, conduct user research, create test plans, and ultimately lead projects and teams within the design organization.
