Requirements

A sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement strategic programs from ideation to launch
A data-driven mindset and ability to excel at connecting the dots and solving complex problems
Comfort with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL a plus)
Experience in Salesforce is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues
Love for process design and optimization
Curiosity for how things work and high attentiveness to detail
2-3 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or revenue / business operations, preferably in the SaaS industry

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft solutions that enhance sales effectiveness
Evaluate and streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, working closely with sales and operations teams to implement improvements
Program manage key GTM initiatives through working with cross functional partners to develop scope, manage deliverables, required resources, and project plans
Partner with Business Applications and Data Science teams to optimize the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, training users, and optimizing workflows to support sales objectives
Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the sales organization, facilitating training and onboarding of new team members
Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to assess individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing top performers
Implement scalable and concise data analyses in Excel / Google Sheets
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
