Candidates should have a strong background in software engineering and experience with blockchain technology. Familiarity with Ethereum and rollup technology is preferred, along with a passion for building scalable systems and innovative solutions in the crypto ecosystem.

Candidates must have 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Rust and a track record of shipping production systems. Demonstrated contributions to Reth, such as meaningful PRs or SDK integrations, are required, along with a strong understanding of Ethereum execution layer internals. Experience with Golang or other backend systems languages and prior experience in L2s, rollups, or crypto infrastructure projects are considered a plus.
