Requirements

Candidates must have experience in Contact Center/CX sales and be fluent in written and spoken German to a native speaker standard. Experience with business account and territory planning, and delivering commercial models to customers is required. A proactive, outbound approach to attract new customers and generate CX conversations is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will partner with account executives and channel partners to prospect new opportunities, increase the sales funnel, and drive sales execution plans for Zoom Customer Experience Platform in Germany. They will qualify leads, perform needs assessments, create and deliver client presentations and proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews. This role involves developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing large sales situations, and developing go-to-market co-sell strategies. The specialist will also partner with Product/Engineering on Contact Center integrations and roadmap requirements and act as a market evangelist to help customers reimagine their customer and agent experiences.
