The Zoho One CRM & Automation Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and managing CRM data, including deduplicating and standardizing contacts, accounts, and deals. They will design and implement automated workflows in Zoho CRM to streamline processes and reduce manual input. Additionally, the specialist will build customized dashboards for real-time KPI visibility, develop customer-facing portals for documentation and communication, and utilize Zoho AI features and integrations to enhance customer interactions and ensure platform scalability.
