Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho is required, along with strong knowledge of automation tools such as Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, and Pabbly Connect. The candidate must also have the ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications, and a background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries is preferred.
This role involves migrating inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho One with minimal disruption, configuring and optimizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency, setting up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations, developing custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency, ensuring data security and managing user roles and permissions, providing training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, and regularly updating Zoho applications and enhancing system capabilities based on business needs.
