Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in Contact Center (CCaaS/PBX/ZCX technology) solutions
  • Have proven success in partner-led or overlay sales environments, driving growth through indirect sales models
  • Have a deep understanding of contact Center, telephony and ZCX technologies including AI, analytics and workforce management
  • Be skilled in value-based and consultative selling, with experience using frameworks such as MEDDPICC
  • Have proficiency in forecasting and sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and executive engagement skills

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate adoption and growth of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management solutions through Zoom’s partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate with regional account teams and partners to identify, qualify and close contact center opportunities
  • Help customers reimagine their customer experience through Zoom’s unified, AI-driven ZCX platform
  • Act as a trusted advisor and overlay specialist, providing strategic deal support to internal sales teams, partners and customers
  • Evangelize the value of Zoom ZCX across the market
