Responsibilities
Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed internet, voice, XFINITY Home) to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory and to multiple dwelling units through relationships with property management
Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers; evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations
Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and competitive advantages; evaluate competitive offers and frame responses to show Comcast benefits
Create and execute turf management plans without assistance; utilize experience-based sales techniques and operate independently
Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market
Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
Generate business through established and approved methods of lead generation
Implement effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goals are achieved
Maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf using advanced knowledge of products/services and sales processes
