Responsibilities

Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations
Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions
Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store
Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests
Provide expert-level understanding of Comcast products and services for customers
Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information
Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles
Understand and apply Operating Principles as guidelines for job performance
Own the customer experience by putting customers first, providing seamless digital options, and making them promoters of products and services
Be an enthusiastic learner, user, and advocate of Comcast's technology, products, services, and digital tools
