Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a passion for customer service and sales. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred. They must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant, the individual will passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge with customers, providing product demonstrations, taking a customer-first approach, achieving sales and customer experience goals, performing customer onboarding activities, resolving customer issues with customer care, complying with company policies, completing training, understanding the sales compensation plan, and performing operational and administrative tasks. They will also be responsible for carrying and lifting boxes, standing, and moving throughout the store, and performing other duties as assigned.
