  • Advanced knowledge of Comcast products (video, high-speed internet, voice, XFINITY Home) and competitive features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of selling reflective of required relevant experience
  • Demonstrated consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment with emphasis on business-to-consumer sales

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Comcast products/services (video, high-speed internet, voice, XFINITY Home) to individual customers in single-family units and multiple dwelling units through property management relationships
  • Knock on every door within assigned territory to maximize sales
  • Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers; evaluate needs and make recommendations
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing, and competitive advantages; evaluate and respond to competitive offers
  • Create and execute turf management plans independently using experience-based sales techniques
  • Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
  • Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
  • Generate business through established and approved lead generation methods
  • Implement effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goals
  • Operate independently with confidence in selling ability
