Responsibilities
Processing of all Work Order equipment preparation to meet the requests assigned to the Worcester Workshop
Timely and accurately preparation of Cryogenic Storage Tanks and subsequent pipework and ancillary equipment for customer orders
Undertake mechanical installation, testing and refurbishment of pressure pipework and associated components on cryogenic tanks and record keeping of associated paperwork
Timely and accurately pick parts and equipment to replenish workbench Kanban and to ensure equipment preparation can be completed to meet customer demand dates
Complete failure reports on equipment
Assembly of and refurbishment of Nitrogen Generators, compressors and associated equipment and record keeping of relevant paperwork
Organizing of tank refurbishment work and job reporting to workshop supervisor
Carry out Oxygen Cleaning activities to equipment as required
Ensure compliance to all requisite and demonstrate understanding of fundamentals of cryogenic applications
Assist with investigations as part of Returns/Complaints processes to identify common failure modes of equipment or to highlight customer errors in use of equipment
Contribute to Continuous Improvement Events within the department
Assist with Facility Planned Maintenance tasks as requested by the Workshop Supervisor
