Requirements

Experience managing large and special projects related to mass staff relocations, building renovations, and site closures
Ability to build and execute project schedules for GREWS workstreams during design, procurement, and build phases
Expertise in deploying Network Solutions (switches, WAPs, telephony), Desk Technology (monitors, docking stations, headsets), Audio/Visual conference room technology, centralized print room technology, and building branding solutions
Responsibility for overseeing Change Management/Communications and Occupancy Planning workstreams
Ability to assist in training and growth of other PMs on the team
Strong collaboration skills to integrate schedules across GREWS, IT, Network, Facilities, Engineering, Print Services, Change Management, Communications, Occupancy Planning/Logistics, and Branding
Experience running integrated project team meetings, developing integrated project status, organizing and leading teams to meet deliverables and timelines, proactively raising key issues/risks, and executing processes per PMO standards
Demonstrated experience working with mid-level and senior executives with executive presence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities
Ability to handle projects in US and International locations (travel not expected)

Responsibilities

Overall project management, coordination, execution, control, and completion of Workplace deliverables for various projects
End-to-end execution oversight for all project deliverables related to site renovation, closure, or relocation
Work closely with business functions to ensure alignment to timelines, costs, and track mutual dependencies
Collaborate with multi-functional and virtual teams across GREWS, IT, Facilities, Engineering, Corporate Affairs, Business functions, Vendors, and Service Providers
Manage and drive deliverables of various workstreams inside and outside of GREWS
Manage the end-to-end Project lifecycle for very large complex initiatives to meet required business objectives in a rapidly changing environment
Collaborate closely with Construction/Engineering/Facilities Project Managers to integrate milestones into the Construction Project Schedule
Report into the Global WorkPlace Program Manager
