As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead and oversee the workplace strategy and operations across Semgrep’s offices in San Francisco, Boston, Denver, and New York, designing innovative workplace concepts, anticipating future space needs, and leading the San Francisco office redesign and relocation. You will manage workplace budget and expenses, maintain office cleanliness standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design and execute workplace programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and foster connection, supporting company and team events.
