Requirements

Candidates must possess 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, along with 1+ years of experience leading teams and individuals. They should have expertise in building and operating distributed systems at scale, and a proven ability to adopt a startup mindset prioritizing speed and iteration. Strong capabilities in agile engineering practices and building DevOps culture are also required, as is experience with agile engineering practices.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will collaborate with Product & Operations teams to build and optimize engineering practices, manage and mentor a team, and contribute hands-on to product development, diving deep into the advertising and ad tech ecosystem. They will work with Product and executive stakeholders to build market-leading products, implement product features, and drive technical and quality practices, while also implementing and/or building tools to improve Testing, Deployment, and Automation. Furthermore, the Engineering Manager will recruit, retain, and grow outstanding engineering talent, proactively identify skill and experience needs, and provide continuous feedback and support for each engineer. Finally, they will drive creation of appropriate technical documentation, manage processes for discovering, resolving issues and incidents, and partner with stakeholders for Evangelism, Integration, Testing, and Support.
