Responsibilities
- Own the U.S. employee experience: Lead culture, engagement, and connection programs that reach every U.S. employee — whether remote or in-office
- Foster connection nationwide: Organize regional cultural programming, remote connection moments and local meetups to strengthen connection across the US and EU team
- Create an exceptional workplace experience: Manage daily SF office operations — facilities, vendors, supplies, and onsite logistics — ensuring an inclusive and energizing space
- Lead events and cultural programming: Be the chairperson of our Events & Connection Committee, planning and executing in-office and virtual events, celebrations, and connection rituals that bring our values to life
- Champion inclusion and belonging: Support Employee Resource Groups and recognition initiatives, from Culture Rockstar awards to heritage month celebrations and milestone moments
- Partner across the People Experience (PEX) team: Collaborate on onboarding, recognition, and wellbeing programs to ensure a cohesive global experience that feels locally relevant
- Enhance hybrid connection: Build systems and traditions that bridge the gap between our office and remote teammates — ensuring every U.S. employee feels seen, supported, and included
- Track and evolve: Monitor participation, engagement, and sentiment to continuously improve the U.S. employee experience; share insights with People leadership
