Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Workforce Solutions will be responsible for owning and leading the development of Workforce Solutions, including defining ideal customer profiles, crafting compelling messaging, prioritizing use cases, and driving pipeline development. They will also design and execute data acquisition strategies to enhance ID.me’s trust graph with employment metadata, build partnerships with key players in the employment ecosystem such as ATS, HRIS, and payroll processors, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on integration scoping, pilot ID.me solutions with strategic customers, serve as a subject matter expert on employment identity, and develop and track key performance indicators to measure adoption and revenue contribution.
