Workforce Management Professional

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote (occasional travel may be required) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $59,300 - $80,900 per year (eligible for bonus incentive plan)

Position Overview

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making. This includes areas such as staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity, and human resource compliance. This role involves varied work assignments that frequently require interpretation and independent determination of appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

  • Assess organizational staffing and identify requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives.
  • Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level.
  • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
  • Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, requiring minimal direction and receiving guidance where needed.
  • Follow established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of Workforce Management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree.
  • Prior experience in Process or Project Management.

Additional Information

  • Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
