Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science/biomedical engineering
  • Clinical laboratory experience and knowledge about clinical IT environment in hospitals
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (macros, pivot tables) data analysis, MS Visio process mapping and MS Powerpoint
  • Design thinking skills with continuous process improvement mindset to foster customer-focused problem-solving approach
  • Good interpersonal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Able to travel at least 50%, including international travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support automation pre-sales activities
  • Design automation project management standard work and effective tools for SEA countries
  • Lead automation project and implementation work
  • Provide product presentation, demonstration, and training/workshop to customers and internal associates including channel partners
  • Be the subject matter expert/consultant for automation and informatics solutions
  • Provide end-to-end support to sales, marketing and post-sales teams within each SEA country for automation accounts and prospects, including technical layout preparation and validation, automation product value proposition as well as automation forecast planning
  • Transform the voice of customers into effective product solutions that would serve to meet their operational needs as well as long-term financial goals
