Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a current Workday certification in Student Financial Aid and/or Student Financials is preferred. Strong experience in gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions within the Financial Aid and/or Student Financials functional area is desired, along with recent experience deploying Workday Student Financial Aid and/or Student Financials being strongly preferred. Subject Matter Expertise in Financial Aid and/or Student Financials is also necessary.
The Workday Student Principal Consultant will execute day-to-day activities, serve as a functional expert in Student Financial Aid and/or Student Financials, conduct sessions with customers to analyze requirements and provide solutions, develop solutions aligned with customer needs, share product knowledge, support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews, identify strategies and risks, provide subject matter expertise, support business development activities, and report writing experience is highly desired.
