Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to manage customer expectations, are also required.
As a Workday Student Analyst Consultant, the individual will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through implementation and operation phases, and specializing in components like Student Recruiting and Admissions, Student Academic Records and Advising, Student Financials, and Financial Aid. They will participate in implementation activities, configure Workday to meet customer expectations, proactively update stakeholders on project progress, and keep abreast of Workday updates and changes while seeking opportunities for professional growth and demonstrating initiative.
