Requirements

Highly skilled and experienced in Workday
Expertise in Workday Payroll for Canada, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting with interdependencies with Absence and Time Tracking
Strong knowledge of Workday integrations (10+ integrations to other systems and vendors)
Proficiency in Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, CAN Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Learning
Ability to design, maintain, and update Workday system configurations to align with business processes
Experience working with subject matter experts to understand requirements, configure, and test in Workday, including security assignments
Capability to collaborate with internal stakeholders like IT and Compliance for seamless integrations
Skills in designing and configuring system reports and dashboards in Workday
Ability to design and evaluate future state enhancements to business processes, configurations, and reports
Experience managing end-to-end flow of HR data across multiple systems and functions
Ability to maintain user guides for Workday

Responsibilities

Lead as the primary Workday partner for configuration needs relating to Workday Payroll for Canada, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting with strong interdependencies with Absence and Time Tracking
Serve as the lead technical support for Workday integrations (10+ integrations) in collaboration with IT teams
Serve as the secondary Workday partner for configuration related to HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, CAN Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Learning
Design and maintain Workday system configuration to align with current and future business processes and update/create new configurations as the business evolves
Work with subject matter experts to understand requirements and business processes, configure and test them in Workday, including ensuring correct security assignment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and Compliance, to ensure seamless integration between Workday Payroll and other systems
Design and configure system reports and dashboards in Workday by collaborating with senior leaders and people managers
Design and evaluate future state enhancements to business processes, configuration, and/or reports within Workday, including managing the overall end-to-end flow of HR data across multiple systems and functions
Maintain user guides for Workday
