Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model.
- Workday Integration Expertise: Expert level understanding of Workday Integrations.
- Certification: Workday certification is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Multitasking and ability to perform a variety of duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration Workstream: Onshore lead responsible for leading integration workstreams for assigned accounts.
- Methodology Execution: Apply and execute various AMS methodologies and activities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaboratively work with the Offshore team on day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and other work requests.
- Support & Coverage: Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
- Trend Analysis & Improvement: Drive team performance through trend analysis, service improvements, and value additions. Contribute to asset and tools development.
- Estimation & Proposals: Expert in estimation and provide effective participation and contribution on new proposals and RFP’s.
- Project Execution: Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday Integration projects for various customer contracts.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of Workday consultants and actively share product knowledge.
