Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model. They must have an expert level understanding of Workday Integrations and a mandatory Workday certification, along with the ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant – Global AMS will serve as an onshore lead who guides integration workstreams for assigned accounts, collaborating with the offshore team on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis. This role involves applying AMS methodologies, providing on-call support and holiday coverage, driving team trend analysis and service improvements, contributing to asset and tool development, executing day-to-day Workday Integration project activities, providing subject matter expertise, leading team sessions for requirement analysis, mentoring other consultants, and participating in new proposals and RFP’s.
