Requirements

Candidates must possess a Workday Integrations certification and have 3-5 years of Workday or other ERP consulting implementation experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with proven experience leading a virtual team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, enjoys fast-paced work environments, and works well within and across teams.

Responsibilities

The Workday Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday consultants, serve as the Onshore Integration lead for assigned accounts, and apply AMS & Implementation methodologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with GDC teams on daily activities, providing on-call support, managing SLA adherence, coordinating with stakeholders, contributing to practice efficiency, developing reporting dashboards, resolving client issues, maintaining the Workday platform (reporting, business processes, security, data loads/audits), ensuring system design meets user needs, managing multiple tasks and projects, and driving continuous business process improvements.
