Requirements

  • Expertise in at least one of the areas: Sales Execution, Sales Enablement, Alliance Management, Offer and Program Development, or Workday Client & Market Delivery
  • Proficiency in applying software solutions like Workday HR or Financials
  • Knowledge of current industry trends in enterprise software, modern technologies, and cloud strategies
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and collaborating with software partners
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales (advantageous)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, high degree of initiative, confident communication, and talent for building and leveraging networks
  • Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Intensify the relationship between Accenture and Workday in Finance and HR areas as a strategic link, synchronizing sales and leadership teams to maximize joint business potential
  • Respond to market demands and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead the development of Go-to-Market strategies and create innovative solutions for measurable success
  • Coordinate strategic partnerships by fostering high-level collaboration between Accenture and Workday, initiating Co-Selling activities through effective communication to increase Workday's market share
  • Increase awareness of services by implementing measures with Marketing to boost market demand, strengthen sales, build a sales pipeline, and proactively address market needs; share results via regular reporting to internal leadership
  • Provide valuable know-how to colleagues by internalizing Accenture's Workday growth strategy, tailored to specific industry requirements, and communicating it along with new services and benefits to sales colleagues and Workday stakeholders
  • Expand networks within and outside Accenture by collaborating with Client Account Teams across industries and business areas to generate sales opportunities
