Requirements

  • Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services; Workday Learning
  • Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Learning domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives
  • Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Learning functionalities
  • Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
  • Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution
  • Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets, particularly focused on enhancing the learning experience within Workday
