Responsibilities

Lead the team through the translation of management and customer needs into project goals
Develop preliminary implementation plans
Propose contingency plans to respond to unforeseen events
Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, quality systems, and project goals
Ensure that Design Control and compliance requirements are met
Manage the team charter including project goals
Manage the decision-making process
Function as the project contact with third-party vendors
Interface with other disciplines, customers, internal clients, project staff, and internal/external experts
Prepare and present written and oral reports and presentations
Integrate project activities by developing detailed, cross-functional timelines
Convert goals to tasks and translate information into project specifications
Implement project plans to meet project goals
Continuously improve performance, quality, and profitability
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve resource conflicts
Make and meet aggressive commitments to achieve plans
Evaluate the impact of project changes and adjust implementation activities
Clearly communicate changes and their impact to stakeholders
Listen actively to acquire information and understand viewpoints
