Candidates should ideally possess 3-5 years of consulting experience, an active Workday Integration and Extend Certification (Workday Studio strongly preferred), and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science. They should also demonstrate proficiency with web service technologies like REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and strong Excel skills, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
As a Workday Integration CVS Consultant, the individual will execute day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support, track issues and risks, facilitate knowledge transfer to clients, evaluate and communicate technical impacts of integration decisions, mentor other consultants, and work directly with stakeholders to establish requirements, design alternatives, and deploy integration solutions. They will also provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and become a Workday Integrations expert with knowledge of various Workday modules.
