Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model. Workday Integrations certification is mandatory, along with an expert level understanding of Workday Integrations.
The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant will lead Integration/Extend workstreams for assigned accounts, applying and executing various AMS & Implementation methodologies, and collaboratively working with the GDC team on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis. They will provide on-call support and holiday coverage as needed, coordinate with stakeholders, contribute to operational efficiency, proactively identify reporting dashboards, work with clients to resolve issues, maintain the Workday platform, ensure system design fits user needs, drive continual business process improvements, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
