Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model. Workday Integrations certification is mandatory, and expert-level understanding of Workday Integrations is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary, along with analytical skills to solve complex incidents and provide best practices.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant – Global AMS will lead Integration/Extend workstream for assigned accounts, applying and executing various AMS & Implementation methodologies, and collaboratively working with the GDC team on day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include providing on-call support, coordinating with stakeholders, contributing to operational efficiency, proactively identifying reporting dashboards, working with clients to resolve issues, maintaining the Workday platform, ensuring system design fits user needs, driving business process improvements, and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves ensuring team deliverables are met on time and providing timely reminders to vendors and the project team.
