Candidates must possess an active Workday Integration Certification, demonstrating proficiency in various integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP), along with 3-5 years of project experience in Workday implementation projects. Practical experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and related services) is also required.
As a Workday Integrations Principal Consultant, you will work directly with business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, evaluate technical impacts, create detailed system interface specifications, facilitate design workshops, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations, and track issues and risks while communicating status and escalating concerns to project management. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge transfer, educate clients, review solution architectures, and ensure adherence to established methodologies.
