Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases, and ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution. They will track issues and risks, communicate status, escalate concerns, facilitate design sessions, configure decisions based on best practices, engage and support clients throughout the project, perform multiple tasks under limited direction, take a leadership position on projects, utilize technical aptitude to convert data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads, mentor fellow consultants, participate in update training, and share skills and learnings within the organization.
