Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of demonstrated experience with web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline is preferred. Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM, and Workday CCTPPTM certifications are also desired.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases, and ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution. They will track issues and risks, communicate status, escalate concerns, facilitate design sessions, configure decisions, engage with clients, perform data conversion via iLoads, act as a mentor to fellow consultants, and actively participate in update training and internal opportunities.
