Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM consulting experience and an active HCM Certification - Core. They should have experience as a technical lead for at least one phase-1 Workday implementation, and preferred experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation. A proven track record of successfully leading Workday HCM implementations for various clients is also required.
Responsibilities
The Senior Principal Consultant will provide expert guidance between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation. They will drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstream, identify dependencies, support interplay between different workstreams, lead and oversee the work of other consultants, evaluate customer objectives, generate ideas for improvements to documentation and methodology, support and lead initiatives for HCM Project Delivery, reinforce company policies and procedures, and effectively collaborate across teams in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
