Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM consulting experience, along with an active HCM Certification - Core. They should have experience as a technical lead for at least one phase-1 Workday implementation, and preferred experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are also required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and identify and analyze areas of risk.
The Senior Principal Consultant will provide expert guidance between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation. They will drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstream, identify dependencies, lead and oversee the work of other consultants, evaluate customer objectives, generate ideas for improvements to documentation and methodology, support and lead initiatives for HCM Project Delivery, and reinforce company policies and procedures.
