Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent field, and have at least three years of experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction. An active HCM Workday Certification is required, and a Workday Functional Supplemental Certification is preferred (such as Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation). Strong consulting and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage client expectations, are also necessary.
The Workday HCM Analyst Consultant will execute day-to-day activities related to Workday HCM project support, including ad-hoc support and implementation, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conducting client sessions to analyze business requirements and recommend solutions, identifying strategies and risks, and mentoring other consultants to share product knowledge. They will also become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction, and actively support clients across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions.
