Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience, with at least 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles within a global delivery model. They must hold a Workday Professional Services Automation certification and demonstrate an expert-level understanding of the Workday Financials domain.

Responsibilities

The Workday Financials/Professional Services Automation Senior Principal Consultant will serve as an onshore lead, responsible for leading Workday Professional Services Automation & Financials workstreams for assigned client accounts, applying and executing various AMS and/or Implementation methodologies and activities. This role involves collaborating with offshore and nearshore teams on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis, coordinating with stakeholders to create high business impact, contributing to operational efficiency, proactively identifying reporting dashboards, working with clients to resolve issues impacting project scope and timeframe, ensuring system design aligns with user needs, and maintaining the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, security administration, data loads, and data audits. The role also requires driving continual business processes improvements, leading a team of Workday consultants, and ensuring timely project deliverables while prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
