Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, and 2-5 years of ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience. Strong Workday HCM experience is highly desired, along with a security clearance if required. Experience with data conversion, data mining, and data loading, as well as advanced Excel skills, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Workday Data Principal Consultant, you will guide clients through Workday implementation phases, partnering closely with teams and customers to achieve excellence. You will utilize tools like iLoad, EIB, and Object Transporter to perform tenant-to-tenant migrations, design data tracking tools, and create reports. Furthermore, you will convert data sources into templates, generate ETL scripts, support data validation, and actively engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the Workday HCM solution. You will also participate in update training and share learnings within the organization.
